Norman Evans was born in 1964 and raised on a Wisconsin farm before relocating to Olathe Kansas – where he attended Olathe high school and Olathe vocational school specializing in graphic arts and printing. At age seventeen, Norm started a quick printing company with a partner. He learned the business from the ground up. Over 30 successful years later, Norm decided to begin looking for a career that would allow him to apply his considerable personal experience toward professional growth. He believes he has found this career in real estate. It allows him to utilize his business management and customer service skills to give buyers the advantage they need to fulfill their dreams of home ownership.
Outside of his professional life, Norman has enjoyed the family life as well, and has been happily married for 32 years, is a proud father, and enjoys spending as much time with his wife and daughter as possible on their farm in Miami county. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys doing projects with his son-in-law, and is a lifelong music lover. We believe that his passion for family and his business knowledge puts him in a great position to provide home seekers with the professionalism of a businessman and personal touch of a father. If Norm can help your family, please contact him!
We are pleased to announce that Janelle Macon has joined our Spring Hill office! Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Janelle worked in the restaurant industry for 25+ years. Her favorite part of the restaurant business was the variety and meeting new people, many of who became true friends. Janelle feels that the real estate business is much the same way: every day, transaction and people you meet are different; and she is grateful that her clients do become her friends!
Janelle has a lot of experience for you to draw from. She has been involved in building a home from the ground up as well as taking on fixer uppers and remodeling projects. She enjoys the design aspect from taking a new or existing home and helping clients create their vision to make a “house their home”. One of her biggest passions is organizing whether organizing a closet, a room or getting your home ready to sell and setting the “stage” to showcase your home.
Janelle grew up in Louisburg, lived in Overland Park for over 20 years and now resides in Spring Hill and is happy to part of Crown Realty in Spring Hill. Whether rural, small town, or city, here at Crown we have you covered!
Feel free to contact Janelle today! She is licensed in both Kansas & Missouri!
