We are thrilled to welcome Tammy Waterman to the Crown Realty family. She will be working out of our new Gardner office!
Tammy Waterman began her real estate career doing something that she loves, helping out a friend. Tammy agreed to help out in a real estate office for a few days by answering phones and filing until the office manager could find a person to fill the position. A career was realized as Tammy had found her passion.
Over 20 years of working in this industry has proven to be one of the most satisfying things that Tammy has accomplished in her life. The ever changing world of real estate proved to be exciting and challenging with everything from educating first time homeowners to helping an investor decide which wall to move in a house.
The lessons learned have enabled Tammy to provide honest service and dedication to her clients best interests. While assisting and completing hundreds of successful transactions has been quite rewarding, each day provides her with unique opportunities to help others with their real estate needs.
In her personal time, Tammy is a wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with her kids who are involved in sports and theater. She gives back to her community by volunteering and is a proud member of the Kansas Grange and a Lifelong Girl Scout.
Let Tammy’s knowledge, honesty and integrity work for you. Contact her today!
