Sherry Goodwin is married with two girls ages 19 and 19 months. She is currently a part time rural mail carrier that pursed her real estate license to gain a little more freedom for her family. This dual path gives her an extra edge with her extensive knowledge of rural real estate and beyond! She recently joined Crown Realty based on recommendations from a real estate friend and looks forward to working with each and every person she has met at Crown.
We hope Sherry will have an enjoyable career in real estate, and ask you to help us welcome her!
In her free time, Sherry likes to spend time with her family and they love just about any activity we can do outside, from riding ATVs to working on their property to build their dream home.
Gary was born in Adrian and has raised a family in the Adrian/Archie area. Gary is licensed to sell real estate in Missouri and will be licensed in Kansas very soon. He looks forward to assisting you in your real estate needs.
He and his wife, Teresa, are both licensed and working out of our Harrisonville office.
Together they have 3 sons, 3 daughters, and 2 cantankerous Pomeranians! 😉
They plan on spending our remaining working days, in the marketing, and ownership transfer, of real property in the metropolitan, and rural areas of Kansas and Missouri.
Contact them if they can help you in any way!

OK, I obviously spent the bulk of my so-called “formative years” in the ’90s, as you can tell from the title here. For those of you who don’t remember the ’90s or somehow fortuitously never learned, PHAT stands for Pretty Hot And Tempting. So, in honor of Fat Tuesday, the last day of Mardi Gras that most people spend celebrating EXTRAVAGANTLY, thought it might be a good time for a post about some PHAT houses.
And boy are they! Of course, if you want to live in a PHAT home, you are going to need a KA Realtor (don’t make me explain), just pick one from our list! 😉
