Rich Melton Joins Crown Realty Gardner!

Rich and his wife and 2 daughters have lived in Gardner for 15 years. He started his career framing and remodeling houses, and in the late 90s, he started a construction company specializing in basement remodels, decks, kitchens and baths. By the mid 2000s, Rich had moved into building product distribution and manufacturing. As National Sales Manager covering North America he traveled and trained both his sales team the distribution and retail staff on products and sales techniques. Later he went on to work as the Branch Manager for a International Vinyl Siding Manufacturer here in the Kansas City Metro. 5 years ago he launched a holster manufacturing company that he still operates today.
